Lost or broken Cadillac key? We cut and program a replacement at your location. If you have no working keys at all, we create one from scratch using your vehicle's VIN and onboard data.
Current Cadillac models rely on a proximity fob for keyless entry and push-button start. We program new smart keys so the car detects and accepts them immediately.
Older Cadillacs with transponder keys, Passkey III systems, or early CTS and STS models with switchblade-style fobs all require electronic programming to start the vehicle. We carry the tools for every generation of GM's immobilizer platform.
Locked your keys inside your Cadillac? We use non-destructive entry techniques to get you back in without leaving a mark on the vehicle.
Cadillac fob not responding? We test the battery, inspect the circuit board and shell, and either repair the existing fob or replace it entirely.
Older Cadillacs with a physical ignition cylinder can develop wear-related issues. If the key gets stuck, the cylinder refuses to turn, or the security light stays on, we repair or replace the assembly and reprogram the system.
Already have one working Cadillac key and want a spare? We duplicate it on-site so you are covered if the original is ever lost.
Used in Cadillacs through the mid-1990s, including the DeVille, Fleetwood, and Eldorado. The key has a small resistor pellet in the blade. The car measures the resistance and will not start unless it reads the correct value. There are 15 different resistance levels, and the replacement key must match exactly.
GM introduced this system in the late 1990s and used it through the mid-2000s on models like the Seville, DeVille, and early CTS. Instead of a resistor in the key blade, Passkey III uses a transponder chip embedded in the key head. The chip has to be programmed to match the vehicle's body control module (BCM).
The Escalade, CT4, CT5, XT4, XT5, XT6, and LYRIQ all use a proximity-based smart key fob. The fob communicates wirelessly with the vehicle. Newer models incorporate UWB technology, which provides more precise location detection of the fob to prevent relay theft attacks. We program replacements for all current smart key configurations.
